TEMBO EXPEDITION
TO THE MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Day 1

Departing Nairobi by 4wd vehicle for Oltome Mara Camp for a 5 night stay, with stops on the way to admire the views across the Great Rift Valley and for a picnic lunch
Oltome Mara Camp is situated in the Ol-Chorro Oirowa Conservation Area bordering the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.  On reaching the Mara game drive on route to the camp.  On arrival at the camp hot showers will be available before dinner.  Weather permitting dinner is usually taken under the stars.

Days 2-5

Game drives from the camp are with experienced professional safaris guides in customised 4x4 vehicles. There are no set itineries, you will be able to discuss each days activities with your personal guide, whether to take a game drive, or combine this with other activities, such as a Nature walk, visit the local White Rhino Sanctuary, have breakfast on the plains or sundowners by the Mara River.

Other options available include a visit to a local Maasai Village or an early morning balloon ride over the Mara.

Day 6

Depart Maasai Mara for Nairobi by vehicle, stopping for a picnic lunch on the way.  Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon.

Shoud you wish to extend or shorten your stay or prefer to fly to the Mara from Nairobi, this itinerary is totally flexible
